These terms apply to anyone who visits https://fan-ip.com/ (the “site”), provided by Alexis Collin (the “provider”, “we”), whose details are in the Imprint. By using the site, you accept them.
Purpose of the site
The site presents FAN/IP, a fan activation platform for brands, and lets you ask for a demo. It sells nothing and has no user accounts.
These terms cover the website only. Using the FAN/IP platform is governed by a separate contract between the provider and each client.
Access
The site is free and open to anyone with an internet connection; the cost of that connection is yours. We aim to keep the site available at all times but cannot guarantee it: it may be interrupted for maintenance, for updates or for reasons beyond our control, without notice.
Copyright
The site’s content, the FAN/IP name and its visual identity are protected, as set out in the Imprint. You may view the site and quote from it within the limits the law allows, with the source. Any other copying, adaptation or reuse of all or part of the site requires our prior written permission.
Illustrative content
The figures, names and screens shown on the site are illustrative: the points, levels, counts, missions and rewards in the vignettes, and the two demonstration brands, “Sincerely Yours” and “Arena Zero”. They show how the platform can be used. They do not report any client’s results and are not an offer or a commitment on features, performance or price. What the platform provides to a client is set by that client’s contract.
Liability
We take care to keep the site accurate and up to date, but it may contain errors or omissions. Its content is general information, provided free of charge: it is not advice.
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and wherever the law does not allow liability to be limited. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, we are not liable for damage arising from the use of the site or from its unavailability.
External links
The site links to other websites, such as the host’s, the type foundry’s or a data protection authority’s. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. If we learn that a linked page breaks the law, we remove the link.
You may link to the site without asking, provided the link does not suggest a partnership that does not exist and does not show the site inside another one (framing).

We may change these terms at any time, for example when the site changes. The version that applies is the one online when you visit; its date is at the top of the page.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you habitually reside.
Jurisdiction follows the statutory rules.
