What is FAN/IP?
FAN/IP is a white-label fan engagement platform. It gives a brand its own fan club, under the brand’s name: fans complete missions, earn points, move up levels and unlock rewards, and the brand sees who takes part and what they bring.
Who is it for?
Brands and organisations with people who care about them: consumer brands (beauty, fashion, food, lifestyle), sports clubs, gaming venues and esports teams, and artists, labels and festivals. There is a page for each: brands, sports clubs, gaming and music.
How does it work?
It works in three steps. You create missions, for example “post your unboxing and tag the brand”. Fans take part and earn points. Your team approves their posts, hands out rewards and follows the results.
What does white-label mean here?
Fans see your brand, not ours. Each brand gets its own space with its own name, colours, fonts, words, missions and rewards. FAN/IP runs behind it: same code, same database, your name on the door.
What can fans do?
Depending on the plan: complete missions (photo, video or text), answer the weekly question, collect stamps, join community goals and team challenges, climb levels and seasons, appear on the leaderboard and redeem rewards in the shop.
Who checks what fans post?
Your team. Member content submitted for a mission is reviewed before points are awarded, so every point is tied to a real action on a real mission.
What does the brand get out of it?
A record of what your community does: who took part, in which mission, and whether it was approved. That adds up to participation, retention, advocacy, UGC, fan insights and organic reach. We do not publish results we cannot prove yet; a demo shows the numbers on demo data.
How much does it cost?
Starter: €99 a month or €990 a year, no setup fee, up to 150 active members. Club: €490 a month, setup €2,500, up to 2,500 active members. Season: €1,290 a month, setup €5,000, up to 15,000 active members. Signature: from €2,900 a month, setup from €10,000, for larger communities. Prices are in euros, excluding VAT. What is an active member?
Someone who did something in your community this month. Dormant sign-ups are not counted.
